IT Systems Support

  • Internal helpdesk support
  • Accounts and Vendor management
  • IT Inventory management
  • Network and Server maintenance
  • Diagramming and procedural documentation

Application Support

  • Client application support/consultation
  • Troubleshoot and decode error messages
  • Gather requirements, define solutions, and configure industrial asset management software

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication Skills:
Written and verbal communication are cornerstones for any technical support personnel to ensure accurate delivery of information. Being able to present a solution effectively is a valuable asset.

Attitude:
Our business is growing fast based on the principles of people and customer service. We look for positive, focused people who can relate to customers, and who are not afraid to take initiative. You must be self-motivated, organized, and able to balance multiple projects at once. Willing to take ownership of projects and be comfortable working independently, but also value input from other members of the team.

Technical Skills:

  • Diploma or degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Information Technology
  • Intermediate understanding of networks and web services
  • Comfortable with Windows and Linux systems
  • Experience working with Virtual Machines
  • Database administration – SQL Server, Oracle and/or DB2
  • Programming knowledge – Java, C, Visual Basic, Powershell is considered an asset
